Dance Spree in Florida

If you are considering a Dance Host Program for your chapter here is a plan to consider.

 

“There is an additional fee to participate in this program. This fee is set by the Chapter’s Board of Directors and is subject to change”

1. In order to participate in the program it is the ladies’ responsibility to pay the Dance Host fee to the Dance Host Coordinator prior to the monthly dance. Signing up for the program entails a commitment and responsibility to the Chapter.

A)    Ladies may sign up and prepay for the program.

1)      Ladies that prepay may have their fee carried over to a later dance provided that the Coordinator is notified well in advance of the dance.

2)      Failure to notify the Coordinator on time will result in the forfeiture of the prepaid fee for that dance.

               

B)     Ladies may, at the discretion of the Dance Host Coordinator, arrange to pay on the night of the dance. Pleas remember that by signing up, you have committed yourself to pay the fee.

1)      Failure to pay the fee for any reason will result in the loss of the privilege to participate in the Program.

2)      Reinstatement will be permitted if this fee is later paid, or in some instances, at the discretion of the Board.

2. The Chapter subsidizes the Program, and commits itself to pay the balance of the Dance Host Fee when necessary.
